Our apartment on the fourth floor was sunny and warm, with two balconies. Our daughter slept on the fold out bed and then we asked for a twin bed in our room which was more comfortable for all. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they really want the guests to have a good time. Hotel has a small garden and a large lobby, very convenient for travel with kids. Well located near two tram stops (Jean Medecin and Durandy) you have lots of sights and transit options to see nearby. Nice to have a well equipped kitchen to cook if you don't feel like dining out, even had local friends over for dinner one evening. Good for families and people with kids.

The apartment was conveniently located to multiple stores to get food, great access to restaurants, the beach and right on the tram line which was nice. Loved the bowl of fruit left and the appliances were well functioning. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever needed.
