Location, location, location... Rudi and Avalon were the bestest host you dream for. They took us on the grand tour of Palm Beach, provided a personalized healthy breakfast each morning,, Avalon's homemade granola was fit for a king. The tops was having breakfast with birds. You will have to experience it to believe it. Absolutely amazing. The place was clean and comfortable. The decor was like being in a museum with Rudi's and Avalon's design and decor. Again amazing. Upstairs game room was fitted with two marvelous massage chairs with personalized balcony view of the Pacific Ocean. Only a 10 -15 minute walk to Palm Beach's beach and another stimulating journey to the top of Palm Beach Lighthouse. The tropical rainforest canopy was filled the delightful sounds of the beautiful birds of Australia. Fantastic experience fit for royalty. Avalon's parting gift of her secret recipe of granola topped a wonderful end to our New Zealand and Australia holiday vacation. Thanks again to Rudi and Avalon.

Beautiful location, with access to the pool and lake. We went for a kayak to Avoca beach and had lunch It was an awesome day. Short drive to terrigal or Avoca. Very peaceful and relaxing would definitely recommend.

It was clean & tidy. Most of all very peaceful & quiet. We loved the pool areas & most of all my kids loved the kid’s activities & craft & everything, games, movies, it was very throughout. The days went so slow & went by smoothly with no fuss at all. Wi-Fi wasn’t that great to get connected. They let us borrow dvd as the rain was very heavy on arrival. They also got my daughter a little gift as we were coming for her bday. So thank you so much! ❤️we appreciated it so much!
