The location was ideal. The location in the city and the location of the unit in the building. It was an end unit, which made it very private. I could have the curtains open to enjoy the ocean view, without anyone being able to see in the room. Any other room in the front would not have the same level of privacy. It was just one block (uphill) to the center of Pipa. I've found that buildings close to the main street can have a lot of noise. This unit did not have any of the noise from the main Street, although on the weekend there was live music from a nearby restaurant. The bed was very high quality and comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. The view was amazing. It was probably less than 50 steps to get in the water from the front of the condo building. I would be happy to stay here again.

The nature is wonderful. The hotel is surrounded by trees and plants. There are many birds and "saguis", the small monkeys. The breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, various options of delicious cakes and pastries. The hotel is located in the Chapadao, and the view is breathtaking. I recommend waking up at 4:50 a.m. to see the sunrise.

The location was excellent, little ways from downtown but we walked all over.

Has a private staircase to the beach. The pool is really nice with the ocean view. Good breakfast, great wifi. Comfortable rooms. Great service. Daily beach towels. Another plus: We payed a late check-out and since the room was not booked for the next day we were able to stay until 22pm when our taxi came to pick us up.
