Great hotel, very clean, everything looks brand new. Fresh and tasty breakfast. And fantastic restaurant a la carte - for the same price as in any nearby tavern you get absolutely different quality of food and service and live saxophone music.

We loved everything about our stay in the Junior Executive Suite at Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa! Even though it was only one night, it was the most fantastic hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is always smiling, willing to help, and extremely professional. As soon as we entered our room we saw a plate of fruits and a welcoming note. The jaccuzi on our balcony was amazing, very romantic and the sunset was out of this world. The pool is also very pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant downstairs had singers on Saturday night which was also very entertaining. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. In the morning, at the pool, there was a morning stretching session, and there was also an aqua gym session in the indoor pool. Unexpected and amazing at the same time! For sure, I would love to come back again and again to this fantastic hotel! Bravo and keep up the great work!

Everything was great the staff the hotel manager Mr Micheal welcomes you at your arrival and make sure everything is set for you at the the top then a champagne botel snacks and fruit platter will be sent after your arrival I would advice if you wanna come and explore protaras to use this hotel close to the Beaches and the main street where the restaurants and the shop

The apartment was very clean. Good location, close to the bus station and close to the beach. The reception ladies were very friendly. Great value for the money.

Very clean, comfortable, and neat room. We were lucky enough to book a sea view room! The hotel is a 2 min walk from Sunrise beach and has a lot of amenities nearby.

Instructions from the property manager Gerry were very clear and helpful. Easy Parking, where each suite has a dedicated parking spot. Stayed in the Building C, app 3b which had a great sea view from the kitchen, terrace and the Living Room. Best crystal clear beaches in this part of the island. Everything clean. Hot Water without the need of pushing any extra buttons. All amenities were sufficient :-).

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved it here. The hotel was very good, direct on the beach, with gorgeous view of the sea. The pool area was big enough for everybody. We enjoyed very much that there was daily music at the pool bar (even though not loud). Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic say and next time we will visit Protaras we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, wonderful experience. Staff were friendly. The owner, Mrs. Lisa and her family, were so welcoming. we felt at home. The hotel is well maintained. it's 10/10 for everything, from location to cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Pool good. The hotel is located on beachfront, so we had nice morning walks. We enjoyed an entertainment night at the hotel. We booked for massages at the spa. The ambiance was so relaxing, specially Fatima who took very good care of us two days on a row. I will definitively visit again.

Everything was really good. Staff was very kind and at service all the time. Price vs value exceeded my expectations, think that this was really good for the price paid. All meals were perfect, there should be everything for everyone. Pool was also pretty good for people of all ages. For better beaches on the coast you will need to walk a bit, around 20 mins (Vryssi Beach), but still believe that this is very good price vs value hotel vs position. Wish them all the best!

A brand new hotel, not a big one! Superb location on the most beautiful bay, with great sea life and still water, great for snorkeling. The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was amazing, staff super friendly! Best service we have experienced so far, special thanks to Panaiotis at the restaurant

I loved everything about this hotel! Very clean, and the staff were very helpful and made you feel at home! Service was impeccable! Beautiful views with a shuttle taking you down at the beach if you wished. Buffet breakfast offered many choices and every station was clean and well-stocked. Overall a fantastic experience!

התארחנו בווילה משפחה של 5 נפשות (זוג ו-3 ילדים). הווילה והאזור פשוט מהממים ונראים בדיוק כמו בתמונות! המקום היה מצוחצח מניקיון מרגע שנכנסנו, ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בנוח. ​המרחב החיצוני נהדר: בריכה גדולה, ג'קוזי מפנק שסגר לנו את הערבים בצורה מושלמת, והכל מול נוף יפהפה. יתרון משמעותי נוסף הוא החוף הצמוד - הגישה אליו ממש קרובה ונוחה, וזה פשוט אחלה של חוף. גם המיקום הכללי מעולה להתניידות באזור. ​חשוב גם לציין לטובה את המארחים שבאו לקראתנו ואפשרו לנו להיכנס מוקדם ולעשות צ'ק-אין כבר ב-12:00 במקום ב-16:00, מה שעזר לנו מאוד ביום ההגעה עם הילדים. ​תודה רבה על אירוח נפלא, בהחלט ממליצים!

I have travelled with my one year old baby and we both have absolutely enjoyed our stay at Evalena hotel The staff was super attentive and caring, the food is great, the facilities thoughtfully planned! Even the other guests at the hotel were amazing! We will definitely go back again :)

It was nice and good overall, but there were some “small” nuances that did not allow me to give it 10 points. For example, the restaurant and dinner schedule was not easy to find. When we asked the staff, they told us to check the big PC monitor in the main hall, but the monitor had not been working for more than 24 hours. There was no other way to find this information… It is also not allowed to sit on the sunbeds after 18:00. Why? There were no explanations. And there were many other similar discrepancies that spoiled the overall good impression. My general feeling was that the hotel staff were too tired to do their job properly.

We stayed in the Royal Suite, and it was incredible. The view of the sea was incredible, and the hotel is right next to it. The staff was incredibly helpful, and offered suggestions for food and things to see when we asked. We also tried the spa and it was the best we've tried thus far in our weekend getaways. Would highly recommend Sunprime to anyone!

Amazing little private paradise! Owner has done a great job with the rooms and the surrounding area. Very well equipped rooms with great decoration. I look forward to coming back once all the trees and plants grow in a few years it will look stunning!
