Exceptional location, outstanding views, next to beach, in mountains region. Quiet, with tranqulising noise of the waves. What to expect more - just excellent. Roomy property with literally everything you need for 1-2 week stay, just fill up fridge. And by the way, all complaints about a bit wear of rooms, and bit hazy windows? Yes, it is due to salt conditions, this is sea around, so.. Admire interesting architecture of the hotel literally built in rocks, beauty of the beach and sea. Relax, this is really exceptional place to stay, far away from touristic crowded combos in "Playas .." (you know where). A must place to be in Tenerife.

As others have said, a beautiful, clean and very well appointed flat. Everything you could need including dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing, especially the sunrises. Conchy was very helpfull and responsive. There are mostly locals in the building and the beach is private. It really felt like we travelled to a remote island! San Andreas also has a nice beach, supermarket, apothecary and some nice restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely come back! The parking was also very convenient.

The host was great! Very kind and helpful! We had really good time there. Very spacious apartment, well equiped, perfect for families with kids. There is a nice view. It is great that you can park your car in garage.

Location was very good, near the center of San Andreas. Parking near by, restaurants and shops. It's a new block of flat, full of studios, it's quiet and the beach is near by.

The apartment was the cleanest and most modern BNB I have stayed at in Europe, especially considering the price.The location is great! It's just a five-minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Plus, there's a convenient small grocery store across the street. The kitchen in the BNB was fully stocked with pots and pans, as well as dish soap, spices, and coffee, which is a lost art in the industry. I’ve read a few complaints about the lack of windows, but I disagree entirely. The floorplan designer was able to cleverly incorporate both sunlight and egress into the design. It was executed beautifully. Additionally, high-end folding windows were used to create a feeling of being partially outdoors throughout the home. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was fitted and decorated to an exceptional standard. Loved the location looking over the front and the sea. The photographs really do not do the apartment justice. A busy town on the weekends but not noisy and it was mainly Spanish and their families which gave a lovely feel to the town.
