SwedenOur host was attentive, kind and welcoming (also flexible). She left small presents of their own honey and marmalade which were delicious but also left a net for the children to fish with in the river nearby.
On top of that the place is very cute, it's a "maison de hameau", unusual and quirky by regular standards, but the owners had evidently put a lot of effort to make it warm and cosy. A great place to disconnect.
