Everything was perfect. The studio big and clean, the bed was super comfortable, the AC works perfectly, the terrace is really special and all is just a few steps away from the beach. We felt like home, with wonderful people around us, everyone kind, friendly and super helpful. This accommodation was the best thing in everything we experienced in Crete. Defenetly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at Kostis Parthenis Residence! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It was also very comfortable, with 3 air conditioners that kept every room perfectly cool. The location was ideal – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Plus, the free access to sunbeds and the pool at Parthenis Beach Suites by the Sea was a wonderful bonus! A special mention to the amazing host, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
