Beach Hotels in Prasás

The villa was very beautiful, beautiful design and excellent view, Nikos explained everything and we easily did a check-in, a nice surprise was some basic products in the fridge, beers and snacks. The villa is close to the airport in Heraklion (10 minutes), for us, it doesn't matter, but it is important to note this. In Crete there is a problem with crickets, another thing to know (not related to the villa) that interferes with the holiday experience. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it Seaview serenity villa

It's a very good place if you looking for a stay with everything you need and nothing that you don't. Also the staf there are very kind. I will look nowhere else if i will come back to heraklion again.

This is a stunningly beautiful place to stay situated in the village just down the road from Iraklion and all its attractions and, for me, was shockingly affordable. It is also quite secure and private, but still a brief walk from transport, amenities, and Karteros beach. Even the setting without leaving the property at all is idyllic. I could not have asked for better.

Great location, 10 min walk from Karteros beach. The hosts are really helpful and kind, and the place is very clean (room and facilities). Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will return if I visit Crete again.

Everything about this property was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The suite has everything you need. The bedroom has shutters so you can make it as dark as you want. The shower is amazing. Super comfortable bed. I arrived late after a long day of travel and the instructions on how to access the property were very clear. Parking is excellent too. I wished I had stayed longer than one night. Will definitely book again.

I stayed in the apartment because they were close to the airport, but I was extremely surprised to find a really cozy spacious apartment with a wonderful host a great atmosphere and wonderful facilities close to a lot of taverns, pharmacies, coffee, places, and really close to the beach. We had not planned ahead. I probably would’ve stayed there a few extra nights

Staff and hotel facilities are really great, really pleasant and relaxing stay and atmosphere, pool is cool; the shop, the beach, the car rent is real near. Everybody from the staff was really nice, they even could speak german (English on the reception also good)

The hotel was wonderful. The owner, Michael was so helpful and friendly. Vasili, the man of 1000 talents was extraordinary in his taking care of our food and drink needs. After a dip in the sea, very nearby, maybe 100 meters, we laid by the pool and then ate a delicious supper with the sea in view. Everything was perfect, and so close to the airport, maybe 7 minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's the little things that show the quality of someone's business. When the owner knows we are coming with children and leaves crayons and colouring books in the drawer of the bedroom for them to play with, it is what I call a good business. Attention to detail is all I can say about this house. Really, if I moved into that house right now, I wouldn't need to bring in a single thing. If you are travelling with small kids, look no further. The closed yard with no dangers inside is a bliss for peaceful evenings. Really, really kid-safe place. I read the comments that the parking gate is narrow, and it's true, but I rented a large SUV there and parked it without much hassle.

The home was immaculate. The owners were kind and generous. The location was spectacular.

- The host was friendly (and has a really cute dog); She met us during both the check-in and check-out; She also came to pick us up nearby as the place was a bit hard to find - Extremely spacious: has a garden, a backyard, and an outdoor space. This place can easily host a small get-together with friends, and has 2 bedrooms and a huge couch. - Newly built, the apartment is furnished with all the basics (and extras) that you will need for a comfortable stay

Nice and quiet place, host is very supportive and responds quickly. There is a small playground for children there. Two AC in both bedroom and salon.

Our stay at Helidoni Luxury Villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing by the private pool every day. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious vacation. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had the best experience possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning in the future!

My friend and I visited Heraklion in early November- my childhood hometown- and we stayed here for 4 nights. We had a hard time finding the entrance when we arrived but we called the owner and he answered right away & gave us directions (see one of my photos- it’s the small door next to “κουλουράδες»). The apartment was perfectly clean and spacious, the bedrooms very comfortable with a lot of closet space to get organized, and with a large kitchen/living area. We didn’t actually cook anything but there were dishes and pots/pans as well as utensils if you want to do so. I am a light sleeper, sensitive to noise and light, but the apartment was very quiet and the bedrooms had shutters and blinds that made it perfectly dark- so much that after the first night I decided not to close everything up for fear of sleeping in too late! Everything was perfect. We thought there was a problem with the water-heater as it didn’t last enough for 2 back-to-back showers, but when we called the owner he explained how to get hot water (if I remember correctly there is a solar panel as well as electric back-up so we could turn a switch on 20 minutes prior to showering and that took care of this). There is also a washer/dryer that we used the last day we were there that worked perfectly. I would definitely stay there again!

I can't recommend this place enough it was vacation Seekers dream they went out of their way every time we wanted something to make it happen in the best way possible the facilities were gorgeous and the service was even more outstanding I'd like to point out about the spa it was the best one out of the many we've been to the service and atmosphere with truly inspiring And lastly we we had left a very valuable jewelry after already arriving home we contacted via the WhatsApp chat within 10 minutes they found it and sent me a link to have it shipped home I am truly grateful for this ❤️

We had the best time at Unique Blue! Resort and Villas! The place is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to help us plan a special dinner for our baby gender reveal, and it was just perfect—such a memorable moment! Everything about the resort, from the comfy room to the amazing service, was top-notch. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Totally recommend this place!

Everything was great There was a parking space which was very useful to us Staff are very helpful especially Francesca she recommended alot of places for us to visit also ladies in the reception were very helpful House keeping was perfect Overall it was great

Amazing place. Pool and hot tub were great. Excellent beach across the street. Owner was very nice. Left welcome gifts of alcohol, water and fruits on arrivals which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
