This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff are accommodating and kind. The hotel itself is really lovely, I would recommend booking the suite if you are a family of 3+. The facilities are amazing, You get to access the Potato Head Beach Club which is one of the best in Bali and there is also a designated pool for the hotel guests in case you don't feel like using the beach club's crowded pool. Special thanks to Mr. I Made Cahyadi Dwi Saputra who made sure we enjoyed our stay and got the most out of it. I have to say he is one the best people I have ever met in the hospitality sector.

Close to everything, but not noisy. staff so kind and friendly. Cleaned the room twice daily. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, a lot of variety and the teas are wonderful. Great location. If you want to spend some time in Serangan surfing or just exploring this part of Bali, this place will be a comfort. The room is on the second floor and has an extensive view of the harbor (amazing sunsets). The room is big and light, and the air conditioning is good and helps to keep the correct temperature throughout the day. There is no noise during the night (maybe dogs sometimes). Very good place for remote work and concentrating.
