Location right on the beach was amazing! Staff was super friendly and accommodating.! Food and drinks were excellent.

We stayed in a ocean view villa. It was outstanding. Dining and breakfast in the open were also excellent.

I would give a 11 for this place if I could. Everything was just perfect, what I love the most is how Mbak Nina and Mas Midi put their love and heart into so many details in the design, and service delivery at Bale Jukung. Highly recommended, great stay, great food, great hospitality, plus bonuses CATs 😍

The staff were so friendly and helpful

This was a magical experience. A trip back in time set amongst antiquities from the Indonesian and Javanese times gone by. The staff were kind, giving, attentive and the GM Mr Faisal spent time sharing the story of Tugu, its history, the family and the construction. He was wonderful and very good at the helm of his staff of 105.

Kori Sire was a lovely hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was down a quiet road and not far from the beach. We had a very enjoyable night at Yomans beach bar which was recommended to us by the manager of Kori Sire. We were able to leave our bikes here while we had a few days on Gili Air and the manager very kindly provided transport to and from Bangsal. A great little hotel which I highly recommend.

Staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and good food. Coffee was a highlight! Really nice to be able to talk to the owner about the resort.

The staff was amazing. Hijer was so kind, so helpful, and such a welcoming person. I felt safe and comfortable as a female and solo traveler, which is very important. It was in a great location near the beach, medical centers, and a short walk from the main strip with restaurants and corner stores. My room was cleaned everyday and they made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for simple accommodation short or long term.

The property is new and beautiful and very well kept. Everything is very clean very nice and very modern. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful and nice. They really went out of their way to assist us.

Amazing place to disconnect and relax. The diving school is also great. Out villa was big and clean with a private pool.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well arranged with all the buildings and amenities. We loved the pool and poolside loungers. It was fun to bring out the karaoke machine and sing around the pool. It was fun having the pool table and badminton court. We loved the spa services on-site. The private beach was awesome and the kayaks fun to have. The staff was so attentive and accommodating, met all our needs, and made our stay very special. It was fun to interact and get to know some of them. The entire staff participated in an unforgettable anniversary celebration for us on the beach with a huge bonfire, music, dancing, and fireworks....so much fun! We also like the commemorative coconut tree planting. The well lit grounds at night and security was also appreciated.

Our stay at The Jiwa was truly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. We loved waking up to the calm surroundings,(like Gili Islands) enjoying the sunsets, and simply disconnecting from everyday life. The Jiwa gave us exactly what we were looking for: comfort, privacy, and unforgettable memories.

I totally fell in love with the chill vibe and the relaxed feeling of the place. The design and the folks working there are so cool. I happened to show up at just the right time when everything was slowed down. Met the owner, Arda, who's super charismatic and has big plans. We had a great chat about business and the mix of Indonesian and Malaysian cultures. I'm definitely coming back here for sure. If you looking for a place to have some peace of your mind. Amazing location ideal for snorkeling within 30m beautiful pool and beach , gardens everything was good including breakfast.

I was welcomed with a mock tallando escorted to my room by .y new friend Uzzy, no hassle check-in with warm smiles from all the staff 😄 breakfast is perfect, so many options and is amazing to have in a cabana on the beach. Dinner also great and hang out on the sunbeds or Cabana during the day. Room; clean! bed very comfortable and big enough. You are in a central part so if you are sensitive to restaurant/bar noise until later you might choose not to stay this central. 7 minute easy walk from the harbour is also a good reason to stay here.
