Great location, clean, good price. Francesco was so accommodating with my mom and I. He gave us all great recommendations, also we realized we had forgotten our passports at the apartment while arriving in Naples. And Francesco made sure he sent them to us by the next ferry. I totally recommend the place because you don’t have to deal with taxi, or the funicular when you arrive in Capri. Excellent location.

The aesthetics of the hotel is out of this world ! The staff are amazing and very welcoming … they make you feel that you are so special ! The duty manager and the receptionist (Zara ) made our trip magical

This hotel has really changed for the better!!!! Years ago it was dumpy;now it's a proper 4-star hotel. My room,with outdoor terrace,offered a spectacular view of the entire Marina Piccolo area(the most visually stunning side of the island,imo).Rooms seem brand new.There are 2 quick elevators so rarely a wait for one. Hotel corridors looked pristine .Air con was acceptable.By Italian standards breakfast was acceptable. And the view at breakfast is simply unbelievable! Baked apples available several days! Lunch and dinner had surprisingly good a la carte items. Bartender was always friendly. Despite the crowds checkin and checkout took under a minute. Baggage staff delivers to room.

Everything at the Relais Maresca features a characteristic Capri style: the rooms with Vietri tiles, its beachfront position, the panoramic terrace with views of Mount Vesuvius, the excellent cuisine....

Everything was perfect close to the ferry station and the marina, the staff were very nice from vincenzo during the day the night guy and the lady in the morning (sorry i don’t remember the name) but everyone was nice it was very clean except one thing there was no hot water in our room except from that perfect
