Front desk Antonella was exceptional! She helped solve many issues we had in navigating the area from food, directions, parking and many more. We loved everything about our stay here.

The breakfast was wonderful with a different theme each day. We also enjoyed using the spa facilities, especially the indoor pool and sauna. The staff worked hard to make our stay good.

Really good amenities. Host responded really quick to all the questions we had, everything was super clean and made us feel like at home. We didn’t know what to expect when we first planned the trip but everything exceeded our expectations.

Honestly, some of the reviews are so unnecessarily mean that they almost put me off staying here. I was genuinely considering cancelling because of what I had read, and I’m so glad I didn’t. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. The hotel is very modern, spacious, and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was absolutely wonderful. And I mean everyone — from housekeeping and breakfast to the bar and front desk. ALL of them were nothing but extremely pleasant, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever something wasn’t quite right, they were very quick to respond, did their best to fix it, and genuinely tried to make things right. The breakfast area is relatively small, especially compared with some other all-inclusive hotels, but personally I actually liked this. It feels less wasteful, and the breakfast is good for grabbing something quickly before heading out to explore. Also, prices for breakfast outside the hotel can be quite high, so for us, having breakfast included at Novotel was definitely a win. Overall, I’m really glad we stayed. It’s a modern, spacious hotel with genuinely lovely staff, and I think some of the reviews give it a much harsher impression than it deserves.

Unobstructed, marvelous sea view, very comfort apartment with large rooms for a family of 4. Very central location shops, bars and restaurants all around. Easy to get a taxi. Boat trips a few steps away. Very nice pool available

Excellent value for money. The room with a view of the water is amazing. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is not for the picky, but there is enough choice. Great location, right next to the local transport stop.

The hotel and the location was perfect and very clean and aswell with the pool which had a great view!
