United StatesIt was absolutely gorgeous. The food was top notch, the breakfast buffet had SO many options, and free bottomless mimosas to boot! The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and relaxed. Joey in particular was an absolute joy to chat with. (Always make friends with the head of beverage at a resort!)

HungaryI recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! One of the highlights was the pool, which I could access directly from my room. It was such a treat to step out onto my private terrace and slip straight into the water whenever I wanted. The pool area was clean, beautifully maintained, and never too crowded. Having that direct access made my stay feel extra luxurious and relaxing.

United StatesThe description in the booking doesn't do the location justice. It's off the main road in ko samui, and honestly, driving up, i was a bit worried I misled. However, when we arrived at the modern villa nestled in a cozy complex on the sea, we were absolutely delighted. The villa is literally steps from the beach and the ocean. You have a private access way via stairs right to the beach. It was perfect to relax and have relative privacy. The villas are a bit close to each other, and it was annoying when our neighbors started to smoke, but the facility and location itself were just right for us. I would definitely book this location again and recommend it to anyone who just wants to unwind for a few days.

United StatesLocation was PERFECT. Virtually no one on the beach except for guests and the pool is great. Breakfast buffet was awesome and included with the room we booked. Value for the price is unbeatable and the restaurant is extremely affordable, along with the cocktails.

The beach is right there, is very clean, and you can even order a Mai Tai and have it by the pool or on the beach. We had the most wonderful time at Shangrilah!
