Great location as it was very close to the local arena attractions for the kids (Kalahari, Camelbeach, Camelback). It was great not having to eat out for every meal and being able to cook our own food with the equipment and supplies the house came with. Property management was very responsive and assisted us throughout the stay with all our questions and needs.

Location, location, location. Both Jim Thorpe and the Tannersville Premium Outlets were only about 30 minutes away in opposite directions. This home was in a gated community with a lot of amenities. There were multiple lakes, so even though the main one was being repaired we could still use the beach at a different one. We could also fish from multiple lakes. The lakes and pools require an amenity wristband every day at a cost of $10/person/day but they are well maintained and private to the community. I suggest checking in with the Civic Association building when you first get there as they have nicer maps than the one available outside the building. They were also friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well-stocked; I dragged my crockpot there and the kitchen had one! It had ample cutlery, lots of appliances, a nice fridge, it even had an ice cream scoop! The grill was large and worked well. The provided towels were thick and fluffy and there were plenty. Another big perk was how responsive the host was to my questions. I stayed there with my family and another family and we had questions every day. The responses were prompt and helpful.
