The Staff was the star of the show at TMS. They were absolutely wonderful I can't say enough nice things about them. Everything was clean, rooms spacious. The location could not be better!

Location was perfect, customer service was excellent. Hotel stuff was very kind and very helpful. It really helped us when receptionist booked online Bana hills ticket for us, we avoided long line, which is I recommend if you are planning to go Bana hills. Best bed capsule in any hostel I’ve ever been to. The capsules are so spacious, you have plenty of space to put your stuff. It’s also literally 1 minute away from the beach and in an area that has everything going on. I also picked this place because of the interior design both inside the hostel and the restaurant downstairs. The ambiance is very on vibe for me. Also the food in the restaurant is high quality. Please try their cakes, they are AMAZING! I have extended my stay like 5 times already.

Definitely recommend staying here. The suite was beautiful, spacious and modern. Each room was clean and everything we would need was provided. Plates, utensil, even combs and razors in the bathroom. Great communication from Edward, Ruby and everyone else from the beginning of the booking til checkout letting us know they were there whenever we needed anything. Was a breeze checking in and out. Highly recommend staying here over a typical hotel. The value and personal service makes staying here a no brainer.
