If i was selfish i would keep this place as a personal secret hideout, so I shouldn’t write this…but I’d feel guilty if i didn’t! The manager is simply perfect. Great communication. Nicely located directly upstairs from the tram. The apartment is super functional comfortable and clean. And all that for probably the best price in Nice.

Excellent location for travel into the city and along the coast. Modern decor, the view and the little extras are a bonus

it has a very nice balcony perfect for an early morning breakfast in the sun, a good oven and stovetop, all the plates and bowl and a sink to clean them up in. comfortable beds and a nice shower. overall i think the apartment is amazing for its price and it has all the essentials

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place! It had everything we needed — and more. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful extras. It felt like a real home away from home. The host was very kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It was a real joy to stay here, and I would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The apartment is located on a slight rise above Fabron beach. You pass through a beautiful garden, so the climb itself is not a problem. You are on the beach in a 10-minute walk. It is clean and tidy, you have everything you need for a nice and pleasant vacation. Claudia is a very kind, communicative and pleasant person. Thank you, Claudia for everything! Highly recommended for those who want peace, quiet and rest. The terrace overlooks the garden. And you feel very safe in the building itself.

The apartment is located close to the beach and within walking distance from the city center. The apartment is charming while also being very practical. We had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsible and helpful.

Every thing is on the door step

Great location, was close to the beach which was not a busy part,supermarket close and safe area. Bed was comfortable and view was amazing.

Neat and very well situated apartment close to the beach. There is a small supermarket at the corner of the street, and a bakery right next to the apartment building. Tram stop (direct connection to the airport) in front of the building, and bus stops close by. The apartment is very clean, with a well-equiped kitchen and bathroom. No need to buy or bring tea, coffee, toilet paper, towels, washing powder or any cleaning supplies. Everything is provided by the host. Who, by the way, can be easily contacted and responds quickly. We enjoyed our stay! Contrary to what some other reviews indicate, the apartment does have sea view from the balcony. It just not a full panoramic view.

All amazing 20 point from 10:))) not possible better, we have amazing Home in Nice, host it's very nice, we have reservation from 14.00, but we move in to apartment ať 9 morning he wait for us, this place very nice near to the Beach, accept for Beach you have inside apartment Coffee also. Really can not be better THANK YOU

The apartment really has three bedrooms. It could house 6 persons. It is vast and modern, with a good-sized living/dining room. The kitchen is large, with all amenities. The apartment has two balconies, one with a great view of the sea and the other facing the mountains. It is on the eighth floor and offers breathtaking views. The swimming pool was well appointed with sun tanning beds and a shower. The building is within a secure area, served by a bus service. It is a 20-minute easy walk to the beach or to the tramway stop. There was an underground parking garage, which we didn't use. This apartment is overall great for short or extended stays. We stayed 2 weeks, and really enjoyed the place and the location. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The view over the terrace! The apartment itself is spacious, practical and well equipped. In a quiet residencial area. We had everything we need during our stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Location access to public transport. Balcony, comfortable bed. Internet. Stocked kitchen , cooker works . Bath . Very safe peaceful beautiful location , view of sea. AC working . Good size . Owner responds.

The check in was smooth and the host was very understanding and accomodating to our train delays that required quite a late check in. Thank you so much for that. Also very responsive. The property staff a very friendly and the pool is a treat. There’s also a clubhouse on the property that is open sometimes, really friendly staff and the steak was good. (Cash only though). The gardens were very beautifully kept. Very scenic feel.
