The location was close to the beach and close to the old town, shopping areas nearby. A lot of kindness from the host Daniel, who presented us with very precise leisure options and answered all our questions politely and patiently.

The apartment is located right next to the tram station on the T2 Lenval line and 50 meters from the promenade. You can get there very easily from the airport and also from the accommodation in the center either by tram or by a very pleasant walk along the promenade. Monique is very nice and, although she doesn't speak English very well, we got along very well. We also received a small gift at check-in, some very delicious macarons and a bottle of still water for each of us. The apartment, although small, is very clean and has everything you need for a few days. The only attention that needs to be paid is for those who sleep in the top bed, because the access by the stairs and the space could be a bit of a headache. But for us everything was perfect. Great quiet location close to tramway

Here we found all we needed: apartment with big balcony and see view, parking place in a garage, wifi, beach and promenade in front of the door, great public transport, bakery-shop-restaurant nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice studio in the great location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Good communication with the host. Swimming pool was a bonus but bring the swimming cap as you're not allowed to swim in it without one. Overall we had an amazing stay there.

Location and size. Plenty of room for family

Everything was perfect! You can't find a place with better value for money in Nice. The apartment is in a very good condition and clean. The owner was very kind and helpful. Everything you need is nearby, including a tram stop to get to the center or to the airport. We were very happy and would stay again.
