The bed was extremely comfortable, room was quiet even though you are literally where everything happens. Food was amazing and staff very helpful. I flew at 22:00 in the evening and they allowed me to take a shower before I get to the airport. Great service

Easily some of the best food and service we have ever experienced at a hotel before.

Situated in Cartagena de Indias, 150 metres the nearest beach, Oz Hotel Luxury features air-conditioned accommodation and a bar. We were received at the reception with a fresh juice while we were doing the check-in. Once we were taken to our room, they brought me a cake for my birthday (even though I was staying only for two nights and my birthday was three days before). Staff were incredibly polite, facilities looked very well taken care of, very clean. Breakfast was also delicious. Would 100% recommend.
