Less than a 2-minute stroll from the beach, OYO Minerva Guesthouse offers free WiFi, a bar, and a games room with a billiards table and dartboard. Lovely b&b just by the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were also very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again if back in the area and recommend to others.

We booked very late on a bank holiday Friday so had a back room, but it was stunning.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet hilltop neighborhood. There is a bright and cheery sitting area, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and open dining area, all on one ground level. The neighborhood pub is 2 blocks away (no hill climbing!) if you fancy a pint or a pub meal, but many, more choices down at sea level. Groceries are about a 10 min walk downhill/uphill to the Testco Express near the National Maritime Museum and shops on the High Street if you're preparing meals in. walk in shower is a nice convenience. It's only a couple steps up to the entry door from street level through a wonderful stone garden. The glassed-in porch area make it possible to wait for your ride without being outside in the wind or rain :-)

The property itself was very well kept, I would say the pictures do it no Justice. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely decored the rooms were. Me and my partner would recommend this place to anyone. I found the rooms slightly smaller than most places but the cleanliness/decor and kitchenette certainly made up for it.

The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the room decor and double bay windows which offered wonderful views. After parking our car upon arrival, we were able to walk to all of our destinations. Thank you!
