I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.

The Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido l 4 Star Superior is in the heart of South Tyrol. It features children’s play areas, large rooms with free WiFi, a large wellness area and its own private lake. An ideal place to spend the vacation with family and children. Everything needed was in the right place, and served in the right manner. The staff, especially the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Veli was very helpful and friendly at the same time.
