The location was fabulous within walking distance of restaurants, groceries , shops, etc. The view to the lake across the street was amazing and the walkways were so easy to navigate. The host was so accommodating and helpful for information. We highly recommend this jewel of an apartment! Comfortable bed and furnishings as well as state of the art mini kitchen and modern fixtures blended superbly with the ancient original building. First class.

Monica is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. It was a pleasure to meet her. The views of the lake from the lovely garden are even better than in the photos. We had a lovely, quiet and comfortable room. A delicious breakfast in the garden was such a treat. It is in a great position in the old town. We are so pleased that we chose this B&B.

We had an exceptional holiday. It's the ideal place for those looking to escape the overwhelming tourist crowds that now plague the usual destinations. Torricella, and Lake Trasimeno in general, offers a peaceful and serene experience in close contact with nature, perfect for those who enjoy contemplating its simple beauty. Moreover, it allows you to reach, in less than an hour by car, places rich in history, art, and culture—less frequented by tourists but truly worth visiting. And last but not least, Vilma, the host, has been very kind and thoughtful: she really went the extra mile for making our stay the most confortable and pleasant possible.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 for 2 week stay. Everything you need for an extended stay. Highly recommend if you need space and would be amazing in summer. You are out of town so you just need to be organised with groceries. 15 min walk into town with a hill climb to and from the house. Owners were lovely and very helpful.

The property is well kept and full of olive trees. There’s a barbecue area, a well let garden and plenty of parking space. The communication was efficient and Fabio did a great job on going through every detail and making sure we were good. I was worried with the spiral stair case, but at the end of the day, I felt that the stair case was safe and did not bother me at all. The house is fully stocked with all you meed to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. I would love to come back on day.

It was very close walk to the lake. If you have kayaks or something to use, it is super convenient. The salt water pool on the property is so clean and beautiful. We played everyday in the pool and did laps for exercise. It was about 5 minute drive to the centro and so quiet and peaceful.
