The room was very clean and cosy and the host was very friendly, even offering some welcome gifts to us and our children. The location was also amazing, a short walking distance to the beach and the main tourist attractions.

Incredibly lovely stay, it's a bit hard to go to at night and we only stated overnight but my family and I wished we stayed longer! A few distance away from the station but it's really walkable.

We stayed in 4F and the size of the living area was lovely. We really enjoyed having the separate space with the kitchen and bar stool seating, as well as being able to watch movies in English in the evening. The terrace was also lovely but the weather prevented us from using it more. The shower has amazing water pressure, and we really appreciated having the washing machine for clothing. The best part was how attentive and responsive the staff were, truly making the stay memorable. They reached out a number of times to make sure we were comfortable and provided us with a dehumidifier when we asked about how best to dry our clothes. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

An absolutely stunning view on the bay and Fuji from the room, which was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The dinner at the hotel was excellent- highly recommended.

It is beautiful, clean and the staff are extremely friendly. If we ever come back to Japan we will 1000% come back to stay at the Bird Hotel. The breakfast and dinner served was also phenomenal. You cannot go wrong.

The staff greets you with warm tea, walks you to your room and explains everything. They had a card set out to congratulate us on our honeymoon. They provided tea, coffee, and complimentary beer. It was so beautiful we wanted to stay longer but our itinerary was packed!

More than that, the contact person, Toshi, handles your needs in a personal manner no hotel can offer. From greetings, to suggestions, to specific inquiries about the tourist attractions. All in all, a superb facility!
