She was very helpful when we arrived, showing us how to open the doors and giving us a tour of our room. The host was also very responsive when I had questions about holding our luggage. I'd love to stay here again the location was great! Having the small train station so close made it easy to get to Enoshima Island and back to Kamakura station when we left. Kamakura felt a lot like my hometown San Diego, I loved it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in 4F and the size of the living area was lovely. We really enjoyed having the separate space with the kitchen and bar stool seating, as well as being able to watch movies in English in the evening. The terrace was also lovely but the weather prevented us from using it more. The shower has amazing water pressure, and we really appreciated having the washing machine for clothing. The best part was how attentive and responsive the staff were, truly making the stay memorable. They reached out a number of times to make sure we were comfortable and provided us with a dehumidifier when we asked about how best to dry our clothes. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Ano House 女性専用Women's Guesthouse nằm ở Kamakura, cách Đền Tsurugaoka Hachimangu 1.7 km và Vườn Sankeien 21 km. I had an excellent stay at Ano House. The staff were very kind and helpful from the beginning. I sent my luggage before check-in time and they kindly placed it in my room, which made my arrival very comfortable. They also allowed us to check in one hour earlier than scheduled, which I appreciated a lot. Even when I made a mistake while staying there, the staff remained very polite, patient, and understanding. Their professional and forgiving attitude made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Ano House is a very nice place to stay, with a warm atmosphere and great service. I am truly grateful for everything the staff did for me and I am sorry for any trouble I may have caused. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
