The location of this place was fantastic. The place was close enough to walk to the main strip while still being nice and quiet when going to bed. Staying here meant we could explore where the locals eat rather than just the touristy hot spots. So glad we opted for this rather than a hotel room because it gave us separate spaces to relax in, a lounge to relax with drinks, a kitchen bench for snacks and a full fridge. We didn't make use of the kitchen in it's entirety, but would've been happy to stay even longer. The gym is also a decent size.

Everything is perfect. Very quite neighborhood, nice building and room with good taste decoration, and staff are all super nice and helpful. The courtyard is beautiful. They also offer very delicious breakfast. We had a very good and delightful stay there.

Conveniently located in downtown Cancun Bed and Breakfast Pecari is 15-20 minutes walk from the ADO station, 20 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive from the entrance to the hotel zone... Sandra and Andreas are the best ,extremely helpful and with a sunny disposition ,super breakfast !!

Extremely beautiful location, right at one of the most beautiful spots of the lagoon with turquoise water. Perfect spot to go for a swim, relax on the terrace, or paddle out with one of the free kayaks. The room was small but very comfortable. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. One night, I asked for a hairdryer, and they went above and beyond to get me one to use that night. The next morning, they even installed a hairdryer in my room! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What a treat to have it on the beautiful terrace by the lake. They also have a restaurant where you can buy lunch, dinner and snacks. A perfect spot to relax and unwind!

The apartment are very well decorated and clean, made us feel very confortable. The rooftop has an wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!
