Very cute owner, she showed us view points, roads for hiking and we had really lovely conversation. The house is very cozy and everything you need and even more is here. Incredible views from the house. And the most fluffy bed I’ve ever seen, I had really good sleep. I really enjoyed it and strongly recommend!!!

Historic Oceanfront Retreat on Averøy Wake up to sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean in a beautifully restored former Bacalao (salted and dried cod) factory, located in a quiet oceanfront setting on... Such a beautiful little hotel with the most lovely staff. We stayed in the Studio Apartment with Sea View and WOW! The view was absolutely breathtaking! We also had dinner at the hotel and it ended up being one of the best meals we had during our time in Norway. I did notice a few reviews mention the steep stairs, but honestly, that’s just part of the charm when staying in a historic building in Europe. It didn’t bother us at all and added to the authentic feel of the place.

Overlooking the Geiranger Fjord where the Eagle Road begins, this holiday park is 2 km from Geiranger Ferry Terminal. g is very well thought out. Very comfortable, the view is amazing. I would love to come back. I like it very much 🥰

The location is amazing - just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean Road. Great choice when doing a little road trip.

The hosts have thought of everything - and then if you forgot something they had it . The decor throughout was wonderful. The location and the view of course was really very good. I cannot fault this place.

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. If I could give 100 out of 10, I absolutely would. I have never felt so clean, comfortable, and cared for. Every little detail was thought through — from hand sanitizers, board games for kids, and various types of coffee, tea, and spices, to a full set of kitchenware, bathroom essentials, and even laundry supplies. Truly outstanding. This is hands down the best accommodation in the world in terms of service. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Fjord time out – peaceful, welcoming, unforgettable. We spent two great weeks in a cozy, well-equipped apartment that was perfect for two. One of the absolute highlights was the view: from both the window and the private seating area in the garden, you can look out over the fjord and the mountains across the water. Simply breathtaking! Our host, who lives upstairs, was incredibly kind and helpful. He offered great tips and information about the area, was always available if needed but always discreet. A lovely personal touch: he flies the flag of each guest’s home country – such a kind and thoughtful gesture! There's also a small beach nearby (5-10 min by car) with a grassy area and picnic tables and an easy access for swimming in the fjord on warm days. We really felt welcome and had a very relaxing time at that place we’d gladly return to.
