The hotel had only just opened shortly before our arrival and is beautifully designed in a very chic and modern style. Our room was very spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and a large bathroom. The common areas are invitingly designed, and there is also a terrace with a pool as well as a well-maintained garden, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! We booked this place for my wife’s birthday, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging everything — from the restaurant and cake to the overall stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Ons, who was incredibly cooperative and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place

I had a delightful stay at Neira, the location was wonderful at the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The owners and staff were very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !
