It has all we needed: aircondition, washing mashine and parking in front of the building. The bed and the pillows were extra comftable.

The food at the restaurant was very good and cheap in comparison with the others around there. Overall price for money is definitely worth it.

Located in Durrës, just a few steps from Kallmi Beach, Sea view villa with private garden- Beach Umbrella Included provides beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and... The accommodation was rather modest, but perfectly sufficient for our stay. A big plus was the beautiful garden, which was a lovely place to relax. What I would really like to highlight is the host’s approach. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything. Any small shortcomings or issues were handled promptly, which we really appreciated. She also kindly offered to drive us to the city center to catch our bus, for which we are very grateful. Overall, we rate our stay very positively, mainly thanks to her friendliness and willingness to help.
