The property own was awesome too! He allowed us to check in early due to our flight landing at 6:45 a.m. and also allowed us to leave out bags at the apartment due to late departure, while we continued to tour the town. The staff at the apartment were all friendly and helpful! We felt very safe at this location.

Featuring a sauna, Apartamento com Vista do Mar no Vidigal is set in Rio de Janeiro. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The view is amazing, and the apartment is clean, well-equipped, and very spacious for a one-bedroom apartment. The beach is just a few steps away, and the surrounding feels safe, even for a solo traveler. That said, I still followed the usual safety precautions and avoided walking around late at night. Overall, it was a great place to stay and waking up to such a lovely view every morning was a real highlight of the stay. There is a small market and a pharmacy nearby where you can pick up essentials such as water, snacks, and other necessities. Within a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute Uber ride, you can reach Leblon, where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. It was easy to walk along the beach to Leblon during the day, and I simply took an Uber back to the apartment in the evening.
