Showcasing a year-round outdoor pool, gym and free WiFi, Courtyard by Marriott Nassau Downtown/Junkanoo Beach is located in Nassau on the island of New Providence. I first want to give a shot out to Mr. Clyde, he attended all our needs, he was professional but like the nice uncle in the family lol. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff were great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, right across Junkanoo Beach. We were like a 10 minute walk from the Down Town.

All the amenities are there, one doesn’t need to go out. The staff were very pleasant and ever helpful. The restaurants are exceptional.

Overall, the place was very comfortable and cozy. Very neat. With basic but essential kitchen utensils. The person who attended to us and gave us instructions was very clear and friendly. He helped us get our orientation and find out about places to visit nearby.

The restaurant and lounge is sophisticated and cool particularly if the pianist is playing. The suites are spacious and comfortable and the outside area is shady by the mosaic pool. The wine choice is exceptional. They have more than 290000 bottles of wine including the oldest known drinkable bottle for sale for $200,000. The owner can tell a tale or two about some of the legends who have stayed there in the past including Paul Newman, Bill Clinton Jay Z and Beyonze, Maria Carey and so on. Legend has it that the famous cigar that Bill Clinton and Monica shared came from here.
