Nicholas in person took care of our check in and helped us carry upstairs our luggage to the 6th floor showed us all resources he provided us. Two bottles of water and some fruit were provided that we appreciated Nicholas’s generosity! He let us check in at 12:30 pm instead of 3:00 pm also he offered us to stay sometime longer after the established check out time. Provided parking was also useful for us.
