Certainly, our experience at Secrets La Romana was amazing. The sea is mesmerizing, but the real difference was staff´s service, also considering it's an all-inclusive hotel, the level of the ingredients (food and drinks) and how delicious the dishes were, the experience was outstanding! We would definitely come back because the experience was highly rewarding, exceeding our expectations. Special recognition to the staff who selflessly attended our needs: the maid Ingrid, the waiters Manuel and David Santana from Mare, Wilma and Emily from Coastal Grill, Nancy from Noor, Arisleydy from Chinola, Ramona from Ausangate, Emanuel, Abraham, and Diorka from the Secrets Beach Preferred service. I apologize in advance to all those staff members who also treated us like royalty, but whose names I couldn't get or record.

Beautiful location and beach. Food at the Secrets side is EXCELLENT. Our room was Ocean front on the Dreams side - it was large and spacious with a beautiful balcony. Room had great AC and good WiFi. Two tvs. Equipped with safe, iron and fridge. Bed was large and comfortable. The pools were beautiful. Great drinks. Lovely entertainment. The staff were kind and treated us like family. Our butler Victor was outstanding. We will return for sure!
