The location was excellent right next to the beach, wonderful views. The outdoor kitchen and seating areas on the top floor were fantastic. We were a group of 8 and found we had loads of space. There were 3 full size sofas inside which made it really comfortable to relax both inside and outside. It is close to some lovely restaurants and cafes. Beautiful accommodation.

Our stay at Alma Libre Beach Apartment was excellent. Communication with Roxana and Javier was warm, professional and always very responsive. From the beginning, everything felt smooth and well organized. The apartment is beautifully designed, combining Mediterranean comfort with a subtle Asian touch that creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. It feels curated with care rather than simply furnished. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped — spices, quality cookware, a modern induction stove and oven, a coffee machine and even a traditional moka pot. Cooking here truly felt like being at home. The layout is perfect for families: two bathrooms (including a spacious walk-in shower), two toilets and an impressive amount of storage space throughout the apartment. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details. There were clothespins, a generous supply of cleaning products (even gloves in two sizes), extra garbage bags, as well as small everyday items like cards, candles and matches. It is clear that the hosts genuinely think about their guests’ comfort. The apartment is comfortable in all seasons. The air conditioning heats efficiently, and for cooler evenings there is a large fireplace where you can even bake pizza — a fantastic feature. Even in February, we were perfectly warm thanks to the cozy duvets. The location is excellent — one minute from the sea and marina, 15 minutes from the stunning Es Trenc beach, and with a large supermarket + ATM just around the corner. A special highlight nearby is Restaurante S'escar by Colonial, an outstanding restaurant and ice-cream parlor only 10 minutes on foot. Treat yourself with something delicious. We truly felt at home and would return without hesitation. Thank you again for a beautiful stay.

The Apartaments Edificio Puerto in Colónia Sant Jordi, in the south of Mallorca, offers modern apartments just 50 metres from the sea and 100 metres from Playa d’Es Port Beach. This is a very attractive apartment with everything clean and brand new looking, and a great view of the harbour area. The apartment was very well-equipped and in spite of being in the central harbourfront area was very quiet. Shops and restaurants are just steps away and even in the off-season (mid-November) there were a number of good restaurants and cafes to choose from within a short walk. Carlos the property manager was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment.

Location, large terrace, large apartment, proximity to the beach and supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. I mostly appreciated the washer. Easy check-in, lots of parking spaces.

Although the apartments are a bit old and in need of renovation, they are in a very practical position, walking distance from everywhere, they are big enough for a family of 3, kitchen is fully equipped, they are very clean (very important) and they offer private parking for free. Remote check-in is easy and price was also very reasonable, in low season at least. The only minus is sound isolation, which is pretty bad (let's say "non existent"), so if you are unlucky and get noisy neighbours don't expect to sleep too well at night. In our case, we stayed there for 7 nights and the above mentioned unfortunate circumstances happened only on Friday, thanks God.
