The apartment ticked nearly all my boxes. Good shower in a good sized bathroom , good WiFi, good air-conditioning. The price in September was fair and reflected the size ( it is a studio after all but seemed a bit larger because of bed in the wall and the nice balcony). Comfortable but firm double bed for my back. Balcony overlooking the sea but with good views of the harbour and with good views also of old town and Italian coast. Good transport links with Gare Menton-Garavan close by plus #1 and # 18 buses and especially the #25 up to Tende. Italy border is only a few hundred metres away. Smart end of town with the Yacht Harbour so close. There was plenty of storage space for two and it was clean and easy to keep clean. The whole block's corridors were cleaned every day. There is a large U Express supermarket in walking distance (but with a nearby bus stop if your shopping bags are heavy). Amie du Pain bakery adjacent and open early. Serves breakfast. I would definitely go back and intend to next year.

The location is very close to the train station and a nice walk to lots of restaurants. It’s a perfect quiet place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city center but a nice walk away or 1 train ride. It feels to be a safe area and the view is amazing. The studio has everything it needed and the bed was quite comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach, the apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area was quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

A wonderful studio practically on the seashore. Very clean, cozy, has everything you need for living. Nice hostess. Everything is as in the photo, the studio is even a little bigger than it seems in the pictures.

Many thanks to Univac team, the are very helpful and careful, every day make a program during the day and also in the evening, thank to the staff of restaurant for tasty early breakfast on the day of departure and lunch package on the same day, rooms are simple but clean, with new floors and new bathrooms, on the room there is the safe and mini frigo (mini fridge), the hotel is old fashioned in belle epoche style, in front of the sea, full board is amazing, breakfast buffet and served lunch and dinner, without choice but delicious, every day amazing cheese, water and wine included, super! Bus stop in front of the hotel, direct buses to the beaches (cca 800 m) and city center of Menton (cca 1,5 km), train station Menton Garavan about 300 m with direct connection to the Nice Airport and other cities (Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse).
