Being on the beach was never so easy: we left all of our belongings in the flat, took away a pizza from the restaurant on the ground floor and had a shower at home after a swim in the "gatorade blue" sea. Don't worry about the noise of the traffic, the doors keep it out properly. Wifi was fine and the size of the flat is good enough for a couple. Parking could be an issue, but we always found a spot on Prom. de la Plage (in front of the building). I used IndigoNeo app for parking, the fee was 7€/day for a car.
