Menes hotel is located in a very beautiful gulf just five minutes by car from the picturesque Nydri. it is a brand new, very nice and clean hotel, also with swimming pool and parking. We strongly recommend it as a great place to stay in Lefkada!

Our flight was very delayed and we didn't arrive until 1:00am, but it was no trouble, communication was great (which continued throughout our stay), and we were still welcomed with the keys and shown around. The room itself is basic, but is clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the pool is great. The apartment is a short walk to the beach (a little steep at times if you have mobility issues). We spent every morning at the family's Kantina which does coffee and pastries, and then souvlaki in the evening. There are a number of other places to eat along the beach, including Taverna Pirofani (which also run by the family), which serves delicious food with a beautiful view. There is a small hotel on the beach which has a shop in case you need to top up on any essentials or snacks. You can also hire boats for day trips, kayaks and SUPs. Although the location is remote and you will need a car (or quadbike) to explore the rest of the island, you really have everything you need. I've always been a believer of not going back to the same place twice because there's so much of the world to see, but we will definitely be returning here!

The villa gets the sun all day. You can relax by the pool, dine outside or put your feet up on the teak deck with a cup of tea/coffee looking out to unspoilt views of Meganissi and the local bay.

We were lucky to find this accommodation on short notice. The room was spacious and had a balcony. It was a ten minute walk to the beach and the pool is a nice touch. The staff was nice.

We had the most amazing stay at the boat villa! The host was absolutely fantastic—he welcomed us with a special treat upon arrival that made us feel right at home. We were there for a bachelorette party, and he went above and beyond by taking incredible drone photos of us so we could keep the memories forever. The whole experience was so unique, fun, and relaxing. Plus, the price was very affordable for everything that was included. We’re already planning our next trip back—highly recommend!
