Had a fantastic stay here. Facilities were great, close to beach, restaurants and a 15 minute walk to town. Apartment was new and very clean. Staff and owner were very nice and extremely helpful. Don’t forget to check out Nissi Beach cafe which had great food and free sun beds on the beach.

The Deluxe Beach House was perfect for our family holiday in Kos. The location of the house is ideal in terms of access to the beaches, restaurants and Kos town. Within the surrounding area there are many amenities and plentiful places to eat. There was a great Supermarket (AB) within a 5-minute walk, where basic supplies can be purchased. The house is beautifully appointed and as a family of four we never felt cramped. It is spacious and the air conditioning was a great asset especially during the middle of August! The views from the front balcony are breath taking and a wonderful location to take your morning coffee. We did have a few questions during our stay and the host was always quick to respond and resolve these. We were also able to book the airport transfer through the hosts and again this was prompt and efficient with a really friendly driver. We made wonderful memories during our stay in Kos and these were also due to our stay in this beautiful house.

Mary and Periklis are so welcoming and helpful which made our stay so much better. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect being pretty much on the beach and having so many amenities around. All the local shops are friendly and very fairly priced. We were given recommendations by the owners of places to eat and places to go which definitely made the trip even more special like the traditional village of Zia! The apartment has everything you need - get a few groceries in and you’re sorted. I would 100% return to this apartment again and couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

Dream Seaview Loft er staðsett í bænum Kos, 50 metra frá Lambi-ströndinni og 1,5 km frá Kos Town-ströndinni og býður upp á loftkælingu. We stayed there for a week. The view is as stunning as you can see from the pictures. The location is excellent with the beach a few steps from the door, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A clear recommendation.
