I've never met people as warm and nice as here, you really get attached to them. I will definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend this location!

We loved everything about this place. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The gardens were very well kept, and we had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us in every way possible with recommendations for which beaches to visit and which restaurants and bakeries to go to.

Kirakis family is so involved and willing to help. The scenery is stoning from the balcony facing the golf. Fabulous everything ,super good value for the money. We are planning to return in the fall.

Parga is 3 kilometers away. the staff is wonderful. most of all we were impressed by the warm and cordial owner Christros with his warm welcome and recommendations for the beach, restaurants, shops and exploring the surroundings. sire residents of the place are cordial. we will definitely come again.

The room was large, clean and had all the facilities any one could ask for - plates, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, stove, air con, excellent view and nice garden to relax in. Plenty of parking and an eay 5minute walk to the beach and cafes. Recommend panorama Cafe which has otstanding view close by on main highway where one turns for Spiros Studios. Though I reated the beds down, they were new, clean but just a bit hard for our liking for something softer.

The moment you enter the house you realize it is very clean and smells nice. The beds, the facilities, everything was excelent. I had a 10 day trip with my wife (no kids with us) around Lefkada, Zakynthos and the near Parga and this was the best location. It also felt private but safe. The view is nice, the pool is also nice. It is not a cheap villa but you get what you pay for. Considering coming back with friends and kids.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation near Parga. Beautifully designed studio with excellent cleanliness and a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea. We had all the amenities and it was quiet. Lovely hosts, always available and very friendly. Highly recommended.
