Situated in Podstrana, 80 metres from Lav Beach and 10 km from Diocletian's Palace, Lavica Mare Retreat - Modern Apartment near Le Meridien Podstrana offers a private beach area and air conditioning. It was absolutely perfect! Apartment is spotless, great terrace, lovely kitchen, everything we needed we got. And the owner was super friendly and bin big help in everything. Position as well couldn’t be better, amazing beaches right in the front, stunning walking area, incredible smell of pine trees. We loved it! After traveling the world for so many years, this is one of my favorite spots! We are coming back for sure!

You have to book your stay here, in this amazing apartment! The host / this family is very kind and friendly, welcoming you to have the best experience possible, while visiting Croatia. The apartment is very clean, tasteful decorated, with lots of love for each detail. You have everything you need in it, and it’s equally perfect for a single person or a couple. Enjoyed a lot the quiet neighborhood, the beaches nearby, the possibility to walk along the shore (you can walk for hours). If you walk only a few steps from the apartment, you’ll love the cooling shade of a small area with gorgeous old pines, where you can sit on a bench (there are a few), smell the fresh delicate perfumed air, and watch the teal-blue tones of the sea. You can walk for a few minutes to the next store, to buy your groceries. Walk for three minutes to reach the bus stations in the direction Omis or Split. I recommend you to check the driving schedules by using the Google Maps app. The bus is on time, and you’ll reach the city quite fast. The internet worked perfectly at all times in this home. I am grateful and thankful for meeting you, and I’ll cherish these memories forever! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is small but incredibly cozy, clean, and tidy, equipped with everything a traveler might need: soap, towels, fresh and clean sheets, an extra blanket in case it gets cold, a hairdryer, and everything you could wish for to be fully self-sufficient during your stay. There’s a Smart TV with internet access and all the optional streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube, plus two lovely balconies where you can even enjoy dinner (especially on one of them). Everything is just perfect within the Meridian Love hotel vacation complex — truly, truly chic. Enjoy!

The host is amazing, and the whole team! They were understanding, responsive, friendly and available all the time for all questions we had. The apartment is clean, a lot of towels, sun beds are available (but you need to bring them to the beach, which is completely fair). The property has a great location, the nearby beach is very nice and clean and the city is a ride away - you can have the best of both worlds.
