Beds were super comfy, villa is a quirky mix of Mediterranean caverns and old world Bali. Pool is like a private lagoon and there is private access to the beach. Staff were super helpful and lovely.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff with cold towels and cold fresh drinks, which we really appreciated since our flight was delayed and it was so hot humid. The place was clean and well maintained. We appreciate how there was a cabinet of supplies as well.

Enjoying a beachfront location, Mercure Resort Sanur Bali offers Balinese-style accommodation with thatched roofs. Right on the beach with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. Probably the best part of my stay was the warm, welcoming, and super helpful staff.

The lady was so nice and devoted bto making your stay as enjoyable as possible. My room was lovely and clean and Everyday I found my bed made and my clothes folded. So really nice and welcoming. I am definitely coming back. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable.
