First this hotel is in a great location in Eilat. The atmosphere inside the hotel, specifically the restaurant - "Mood" and their staff - All of them were so high energy and always looking after us. I would call out the head of their Bar and Kitchen - Tomar or "Tommy" as he would like to call himself. He was great and took such good care of us. The food was Chef inspired in the restaurant and they make excellent cocktails.

You can use a special hotel app to request anything you need, and your request is fulfilled within minutes, despite the large number of guests.
