Room is great, with AC and fridge, comfortable bed and good wifi. We also enjoyed breakfast, you can have anything from croissant to prosciutto. The owner is very nice and the location is perfect if you have a car, plenty of space to park. Totally recommended!

The location was about 10 minutes away from Stintino and about 6 minutes ( all by car) away from one of the best beaches in the area. The bedroom was really uniquely decorated, clean and very cute. The bathroom spacious and equipped appropriately. Netflix on tv also, which I didn’t commonly fund during my road trip. The lady owning it didn’t speak English but we managed to communicate just fine with Google translate and she was the cutest. She served us breakfast every morning and even asked if the time of the serving was ok for us! Everything was perfect!

Behind the house, about 15 minutes walk, there is a beautiful wild rocky beach where you are completely alone. 5 minutes by car to a beautiful pebble beach with white sand on the seabed. It's not overcrowded. The accommodation was clean, it completely corresponded to the advertised photos. Since our ferry arrived early in the morning, Luigi accommodated us with an earlier check-in, we were very grateful for that. A black white cat visited us throughout our stay, he was a real sweetheart. We fell in love with this place and the whole of Sardinia.

Pool was a good asset, as back from the day visits and beaches, it was nice to be able to use the pool. Breakfast was also abundant and of good quality, with a large choice of salted and sweet products. Parking inside of the property was a real plus, as the area is completely isolated during the night, just close to the beach.
