Communication prior to arrival was great, once we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted with complimentary drinks, they were even nice enough to not only check us in early but upgrade our room due to the occasion. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect literally 3 mins walking distance from the port. The food was amazing, the view, the aesthetics of the hotel, the cleanliness, I mean everything! I just can’t stop ranting about this place, this is one of Sorrento’s best hotel stays. 10/10 highly recommend, I will be back! In the meantime I’ll be referring this place to all of my friends, family, & followers!

The Imperial Hotel Tramontano, set in the centre of Sorrento, features a terrace with views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. If you are visiting Sorrento, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel, or at least stop by for an aperitif at its bar or restaurant, as it offers premium views over the Gulf of Naples. The hotel is exceptionally well located, just steps away from restaurants and shops, yet far enough to ensure quiet nights and truly restful sleep. The entire staff was attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request.

Lots of eating places a few feet away. The host was wonderful. We locked ourselves out and the host was there within 20 minutes to let us in.

I think 10 is not enough to rate this place , everything was amazing , the aesthetic of the room was exceptional. The host was the best we ever had , location great , we walked all over the town , the room clean and quiet, Mrs Maria who did our breakfast is such a lovely lady .
