Our credit card was charged multiple times, and we eventually had to block it. The management company acted in an unprofessional and, in our opinion, unfair manner. We were billed additional fees for bed linen and cleaning, which had not been listed on booking.com. The apartment description also mentioned air conditioning, but in our unit it was not working. When we raised this issue, the response was that it “sometimes works, sometimes not, depending on the apartment.” After our stay, the property attempted to charge our card again for the full amount of the booking, several times. They later claimed this was due to a computer security problem on their side. To make matters worse, they reported to booking.com that our stay never took place, which initially prevented us from leaving feedback. Only after filing a formal complaint with booking.com were we able to submit our review. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property.
