The owner was very kind and available whenever there was an issue. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as some water. It's right beside a beautiful beach. Fertilia is a quiet place but there are some good restaurants in town and it is very easy to go to Alghero by bus. The air con in the house was great to have as it was hotter than expected! The house is very spacious and it was a pleasure to hang out in.

Located in Fertilia, the recently renovated Festa d'Estate features accommodation 300 metres from Punta Negra Beach and 3.3 km from Nuraghe di Palmavera. We had a wonderful stay at Festa d’Estate! The apartment was perfect - clean, cosy, very specious and right next to the beach and just a 15 minutes away from the city. The facility was equipped with everything we needed, which made our holiday really pleasant! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We definitely had a 10 out of 10 experience in beautiful Sardinia. Absolutely recommend the place!
