From the moment we arrived, Helene and her daughter made us feel like family. Greeting us at the door with a big smile and their adorable dogs. Once we were settled, we were shown around their home and beautiful property. Our room and bathroom were spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and Helene gave us some wonderful recommendations on what to do while in Provence. One morning we needed to find a laundromat, and Helene offered to do our laundry for us, which was a wonderful bonus to our trip. This was our favourite place in all of France, and would 10/10 recommend, We will be absolutely be coming back.

We had a wonderful vacation at Les Chambres Romantiques! For our April vacation, we wanted a calm, clean and beautiful place with nature scenery in the Aix en Provence area. Les Chambres Romantiques is exactly that! This is a small, family owned and operated business and you can feel they put their hearts and effort into creating a unique, high-end experience for their guests. Corinne and Damien live on the property and were very kind in helping us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and beautifully designed (we had a chance to see the other rooms and they were all very high-end with a modern, fresh feel). The Jaquzzi in the room is a huge plus, with high quality robes and towels. They have an outside pool with greenery all around. Note that you do need a car to travel around the region and to get to city center and back. You should also pay attention to the check-in time as the room are meticulously prepared for each guest (there is no lobby as again, this is a private property) I would absolutely recommend this place if quality and authentic experience is what you are after!

The property was very quaint and lovely - filled with quirky and more traditional art pieces that made it a good mix of modern and classic. We booked a loft and we were surprised to see how spacious it was! Good to book for families. Mathieu and Clementine were very gracious and friendly. They took care of our lovely breakfasts each morning, making sure we have fresh breads and tea. Location was excellent as stores and restaurants were just a few steps away.

Eating an exquisite French breakfast in the shadow of the farmhouse and trees overlooking the turquoise pool and valley below.... Easy to go on. Jerome was very gracious and helpfull. We would have liked to have stayed an extra day just to read and relax and enjoy the property.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Lou Pantai, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, Esther, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She clearly puts a lot of care into every aspect of the property. The house is surrounded by stunning, flower-filled gardens that are beautifully maintained—Esther’s green thumb is truly impressive! It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was tastefully decorated, combining comfort with style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both the room and the private bathroom were spotless and thoughtfully arranged. We would highly recommend Lou Pantai to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in a charming setting. Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to return someday!

    Dominique is an exceptional hostess, friendly, helpful and charming. The house is full of character, and the suite is spacious and private. There is a large outdoor terrace overlooking the fountain in the garden. A good French breakfast is served on the terrace in fine weather. The house is in a quiet area, about a 15 minute drive from the lovely city of Aix. The accommodation is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Some reviews have mentioned the bed not being long enough. We did not find that at all and I am 6 feet tall!
