This place was a real find. We had never been to Dinan before and booked only an overnight there during our three week trip to France. We liked La Villa Côté Cour and the hosts, Didier and Claudie, so much that we wish we had stayed there three nights instead of one. The room was large, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom was huge by European standards. The hosts, Didier and Claudie, could not have been more accommodating. They speak little English but I am learning French and they showed great patience as I practiced my French with them. If you don't speak any French, you won't have a problem here. They know enough to get you set up. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. We parked on the street about 50 meters down from their place. If the street parking is full, you can find a spot close by and move your car in the evening when the crowds diminish. We arrived around noon and found a spot without issue. The breakfast was typical French but Didier, at my request, made some eggs to go with our croissants and fruit. I highly recommend this spot for a couples retreat.

Very convenient location - close to Dinan but at the same time without city noises. The rooms are good, with spacious bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, i highly recommend getting it along with the room. Sofi was friendly and helpful! A lot of private parking space, no need to look for anything around.

loved the old building , it’s rooms has been renovated to a high standard. Our room was so comfortable . Breakfast was well done . There was a sense of a community at breakfast with all guests joining in with conversation. The location in the old Town couldn’t have been better

We had an excellent stay in June! The location was perfect—not only ideal for exploring Dinan, but also great for visiting nearby attractions like Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dinard, all within an hour's drive. The rooms were very spacious with a stunning view of the citadel, everything was spotless, and the garden was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was a real treat with homemade jam and excellent coffee. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out very convenient. Highly recommended! This was a cute property that was less than a year old with totally modern rooms. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean, with a private deck overlooking a natural area. The owner, Laurence, was so bubbly and friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. We asked about places for dinner in Dinan, and she gave us directions to the old port area, including recommendations for a couple of restaurants. At our request, she was kind enough to serve us breakfast at 7am rather than 8am as we had reservations to tour the Abbey at Mont Saint-Michel that morning and needed to get an early start. The breakfast was served in a darling room and was beyond delicious, with much of the food made by Laurence herself.

Amazing authentic place located in the most beautiful street of Dinan. I recommend to stay here if you want to travel in time. The hosts are very kind and the breakfast was excellent. You can park your car on the port for free (10 min walk)

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel . Our room was spacious and light and the bed big and comfy. Breakfast each morning was delicious . Our host Patrick was very helpful and friendly . The position was really good a short walk to restaurants and shops but quiet enough for a good sleep at night . We would definitely stay here again.
