What a special place, set out of a storybook. Chateau de Salornay delivered everything we hoped for and much more. This stay was truly authentic. If you are looking for peace, nature that is buzzing with life and diversity, beautiful sunrises, and vineyard views then this place is a must stay. I only wished we would have stayed longer. Our room was clean and comfortable, plus air conditioned during the heat wave. Breakfast was delicious and nicely set out, we enjoyed it on the terrace with beautiful views of the property and animals. Jullian and his wife were so kind. We got delayed and they were responsive when I called and greeted us later in the evening. They care very much and that shows through with their great customer service. Plus the wine is fantastic. We love whites from this region and it did not disappoint.

Absolutely beautiful property with an amazing view. Fruit trees and herbs around the property, very quiet. Was great relaxing by the pool at the end of a hot day. Delicious breakfast with home made jams and home made yogurt, plus more…Clearly lots of love went into every detail. Owners were so very helpful with suggestions of restaurants, places to visit, etc and couldn’t have been any nicer to us. Perfect location for exploring the region.

    A very lovely B&B in a remote beautiful location: peace and quiet guaranteed! The host is extremely helpful and friendly, and cooks a great meal. The house is beautifully restored and decorated: 10/10 in all accounts! Would definitely recommend!
