we liked everything about Bank House very much, except maybe how difficult it was to regulate the water temperature in the shower. but that small thing aside, Mark and Trish are delightful hosts, great fun to chat with, and breakfast was wonderful!

Feeling cold I mentioned this to the host who quickly found a heater to warm the room, I really appreciated this. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. The location was good but hard to find as the sat nav took you two roads away. The booking is for the castle view but the address is for the Ploughmans! There is a sign at the bottom of the lane but the sign to the b&b is too small to see. I had to knock at a property to find the b&b and although very helpful the person was very annoyed at frequently being asked where the b&b is.
