The venue is of course a public house with the wonderful accommodations being upstairs. It was built in 1803 and the look and style of the building reflects that. The room I stayed in had a 4 poster bed and all the facilities were modern and up to date. The Staff member on site was a great guy, looked after my Free Parking and came in early to check me in. He was also there for my last drink of the evening. All in all a great stay at a great price. I would highly recommend The Whittington and Cat !;!
