The property has recently been renovated by a famous Scottish designer… You will walk in and just say… Wow… I would recommend this property to anyone. We feel so grateful that we found it and it truly made our experience even more lovely. The owners of the house went over and above helping us with our lost luggage.

Carolyn was an excellent host. She contacted us before arrival with good directions to her place. She also recommended several hikes (at our request) and an excellent place for dinner. He breakfast was wonderful, so much more than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or stay again myself.

    Great location in the centre of Luss. We booked both of the bedrooms at Alderdale so it made the stay very private for us and our daughter. Rooms were very clean and nicely presented. The breakfast picnic contained a variety of products to make a pleasant breakfast. As we arrived very late we also used the some of the breakfast bread to make toast on arrival! The owner sent very clear instructions prior to arrival, check in was smooth and straight forward.

    The room was lovely and big but it was described as a balcony room. It was a Juliet balcony!! It was also described as a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was a DIY almost continental affair, very disappointing as the room was not cheap for 1 night!
