Clean room, cozy vibe, everything well organized and presented as what is described online. Super breakfast, definitely a highlight of the stay! The portion of breakfast is very generous. According to our nice host Bryan, not many people can finish a whole portion of certain cooked dishes, which triggered my ego to eat more than I should have, 😂 😂

The building was wonderfully charming, and my room was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The host Shaun was friendly and was right there with anything that was needed, without being intruding. The location right in the heart of Kingussie it was within an easy stroll of the charming little town and a short drive to many of the prime sights of the Cairngorms.

Just a 13-minute walk from Kingussie Golf Club and one mile from Ruthven Barracks, The Osprey features accommodations in Kingussie, with a tennis court and a terrace.

The room was cosy and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and had some very cute pets. The breakfast was delicious and they offered plenty of options. It was only about a minute walk into the centre of Aviemore.

Very close to the train station and walking distance to Aviemore. Did not get the chance to use the hot tub, but the sauna was a nice bonus especially in December. The room was very comfortable and the hosts are wonderful! The breakfast is better than anything you would get at a hotel. I would stay here again next time I am in Aviemore.
